        Jiulong village is a targeted poverty alleviation and assistance village of Huahe electric, and it is also one of the 73 poor villages in Pingwu County. In the past two years, in the process of helping Jiulong village get rid of poverty and become rich, huanuclear Electric has identified the crux of poverty, based on the village situation, applied the remedy to the case, launched poverty alleviation around difficult problems such as industrial poverty alleviation and increasing people's income, and enhanced the villagers' "hematopoietic" function. 80000 yuan of Industrial Development Fund has been invested to help the village develop Morel cultivation. And participate in the whole process of planting, management and sales to further enhance the people's ability to create wealth independently. In 2017, the village developed more than 50 mu of morel cultivation, with an output value of more than 800000 yuan, and the average income of poor households increased by 6000 yuan. Last year, the enterprise also invested more than 100000 yuan to buy the honey produced by farmers in the village at a price higher than the market price, which solved the problem of honey sales. With the help of China Nuclear Electric, Jiulong village has achieved remarkable results in poverty alleviation. According to the first Secretary of Jiulong village, before assistance, there were 67 households and 205 people in the village, with an annual per capita income of less than 2800 yuan. 15 people in 13 rural poor households were accurately identified, and the incidence of poverty in the village reached 17%. So far, 11 poor households in the village have been lifted out of poverty, and the victory of the whole village is in sight this year.

        In this activity, in addition to sending edible oil and rice worth 15000 yuan to the poor households and poor people in Jiulong village, Huahe electric also donated six computers worth 20000 yuan to the Jiulong village committee to help the village develop e-commerce, solve the problem of difficult selling of agricultural products, and effectively help the local villagers get rid of poverty and become rich. Through the "Internet plus cooperatives + agricultural products" business model, we will expand sales channels, build an integrated production and marketing system for agricultural products, and strive to maximize profits for poor households and achieve income growth.

        At the Jiulong village committee, Huang Zongfu and his party had a discussion with poor households and village cadres in Jiulong village to understand their family living conditions, existing problems and difficulties, and encouraged them to strengthen their confidence in life, actively overcome difficulties and strive to get rid of poverty and become healthy.
