On the morning of January 10th, the first meeting of the 13th Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference opened in Chengdu. Chairman Han Wenbing attended the meeting as a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

        During the meeting, Huang Qiang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor of the Province, listened to the comments and suggestions of the representatives of the CPPCC Committee Group on the Report on the Work of the Government and government work. Huang Qiang proposed in the report that Sichuan will optimize the development environment for private enterprises in 2023. Introduce more valuable policies and measures to address the difficulties faced by private enterprises, comprehensively boost confidence, and promote overall improvement in the development of the private economy. Benchmark advanced regions, identify and resolve to address Sichuan's prominent shortcomings in the business environment. Comprehensively clean up and abolish policies and regulations that hinder participation in fair competition, and carry out special rectification measures to clear outstanding accounts and fees related to private enterprises. Equal protection of the property rights, autonomous management rights, and entrepreneurial rights of private enterprises in accordance with the law is strictly prohibited. It is strictly prohibited to use law enforcement forces to intervene in economic disputes in violation of regulations, and it is strictly prohibited to abuse administrative law enforcement discretion to prevent private enterprises from falling into major difficulties due to small cases. New officials should settle old accounts, and the government takes the lead in adhering to the spirit of the contract. In the past three years, small and medium-sized enterprises and individual businesses have suffered significant losses due to the impact of the epidemic. We need to support them to recover as soon as possible and provide opportunities for re entrepreneurs to make a comeback. The committee members highly praised the achievements made in Sichuan's economic and social development, agreed with the development goals and key work plans for this year and the next five years, and put forward opinions and suggestions on boosting confidence in the development of foreign and private enterprises, and accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system. Huang Qiang requested relevant departments to provide feedback and fully adopt suggestions, improve and optimize the government's next steps.

        During the meeting, Han Wenbing stated in an interview with a reporter from the Sichuan Political Consultative Conference that during this meeting, I submitted two proposals: "Suggestions on Accelerating the Transformation of Science and Technology Achievements in China (Mianyang) Science and Technology City" and "Suggestions on Promoting the Integration and Development of Modern Service Industry and Advanced Manufacturing Industry". I also submitted a social opinion proposal "Suggestions on Actively Playing the Role of Grassroots Practitioners in Responding to Public Health Incidents". I am well aware that being a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference is both an honor and a responsibility. I am the head of a technology enterprise, and I will actively fulfill my duties as a committee member with full enthusiasm and strong sense of responsibility.
