        The company regards the establishment of a modern enterprise system and the construction of a corporate governance structure as important contents of party building work.

The company has established and improved a modern corporate governance structure consisting of shareholders' meetings, board of directors, supervisory board, and management. It has optimized the establishment of 6 internal departments, 8 production, research, development, and sales workshop teams, and established two subordinate units, namely the Transmission and Distribution Equipment Research Institute and the Transmission and Distribution Engineering Installation Company.

        Two is to improve and improve rules and regulations. The company insists on using systems to manage power, affairs, and personnel, and has issued a "Compilation of Company Management Systems" that includes 21 systems such as "performance evaluation" and "operation guidance". It has formulated 23 job responsibility lists, issued 11 company safety production standards, sorted out 48 safety production risk points, and formed a modern system of 223 systems, lists, and standards for system management.

The company actively participated in the military and civilian Technological convergence transformation, formed an omni-directional and multi-dimensional "civilian military" mode, and has successively participated in the research, development, production, installation and commissioning of more than 6000 electrical equipment in military bases, nuclear industry, hydropower stations, aerospace and other fields.

Strictly implement the "ISO9001 Quality Management System", "National Military Standard Quality Management System", and the quality management requirements of China National Nuclear Corporation, strictly control the five gates of "material procurement, product production, quality testing, installation and debugging, and after-sales service", achieve precise monitoring of every process and every link of product production, ensure zero defects in every product, and achieve a yield rate of 100%.
