        Recently, the Sichuan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions issued a decision to name and commend the Sichuan Province Model Workers Home, Sichuan Province Model Workers Small Home, Sichuan Province Excellent Trade Union Workers, Sichuan Province Excellent Trade Union Activists, and Sichuan Province Excellent Trade Union Friends. Shu Lijia, the Deputy General Manager and Trade Union Chairman of the company, was awarded the title of "Sichuan Province Excellent Trade Union Worker". This is an affirmation and commendation of the company's mission to enhance employee happiness and sense of achievement over the years. Adhere to ideological guidance and improve the political status of industrial workers

        We have extensively carried out party building and ideological guidance work. In front of the company's office building, there are two sculptures that read "Entrepreneurship with the Party" and "Dream realization with the Party". We not only say this, but also do so.   The second is to guide frontline industrial workers to participate in grassroots party building, group work, and corporate governance in an orderly manner. The Party branch advocates that the Party's identity should be lit up, the Party member's image should be established, and the Party member's model should be brought up. On both sides of the 150 meter road from the company's office building to the workshop, there are large light boxes of advanced party members, technical experts, exemplary individual, and excellent teams, which are affectionately known as the "Avenue of Stars". Thirdly, we will increase efforts to attract outstanding frontline workers to the Party organization, ensuring that there are Party members and Party members are the backbone. We will organize 38 themed practical activities for industrial worker Party members based on their positions, and encourage them to strive to become experts in safety production and models of innovation and efficiency.

Persist in expanding career development space and improving the social status of industrial workers

        The company regularly purchases professional books and encourages employees to improve their educational skills, evaluate professional titles, and obtain professional qualification certificates. As of now, 27 industrial workers have obtained electrician certificates; Safety production management: 1 person with A certificate, 4 people with B certificate, and 3 people with C certificate; There are 5 members of the Eight Major Engineers, 4 second level construction engineers, 1 intermediate engineer, and 9 assistant engineers. Continuously improving the salaries of all employees and the treatment of highly skilled talents, and motivating everyone to aspire to success and work hard to achieve it. The salary growth rate of industrial workers has exceeded 15% for three consecutive years, and the capital increase of frontline industrial workers has exceeded the average of all employees. The company provides skill subsidies to skilled talents to improve the social status of industrial workers.

Building a vocational training work system to enhance quality and empower training

        The company adheres to the orientation of practicality, modernization, and intelligence, continuously improves the skill training system for industrial workers, and scientifically formulates training plans at all levels. In 2023, the company has trained 221 industrial workers and 168 safety education and training personnel. At the beginning of this year, 11 representatives from the frontline team went to ABB in Xiamen for learning and exchange. Give full play to the advantages of traditional "blue culture" and adhere to the inheritance of "Belt and Road" mentorship and apprenticeship. The company's mentorship culture emphasizes one-on-one individual connections between mentors and new employees. The interaction between the two mainly involves knowledge exchange in the field of professional skills. By providing timely guidance to new employees, mentors can shorten their learning curve. There is a column on "Blue Culture" in the employee rest area of the company's production workshop.

Building a labor competition work system and enhancing skills in practice

        Adhering to the company's development strategy and business objectives, adhering to the combination of competition process management and target management, we are fully committed to the management of vocational skills competitions, continuously expanding coverage and improving participation, refining and implementing competition indicators to positions, and focusing on safety and skill comparison. Through the integration of full staff, normalization, and teamwork, we have constructed the "Training and Refining Soldiers Casting Brand" themed vocational skills competition. 33 industrial workers participated in the competition, with 5 first prizes, 3 second prizes, and 2 third prizes, and a bonus of 18000 yuan distributed.

Building a team building work system and improving quality in management

        According to the requirements of the production site organization and management level, each team has started to build a team building work system based on lean operation, intelligent manufacturing, lean culture, and other aspects. The system includes standardized work content, standardized work requirements, procedural work steps, data-driven work assessment, and systematic work management. It solidly promotes basic management, safety production management, cost management, democratic management, ideological and political work, and management innovation, vigorously carries out the "Five Small Activities", solidifies the management foundation of the team, creates a democratic and harmonious atmosphere, promotes safe and civilized production, improves production and operation performance, enhances the cohesion, centripetal force, and combat effectiveness of the team, and makes the team building more in line with the needs of the company's high-quality development.

        The company takes it as its responsibility to enhance the happiness and sense of achievement of its employees.

        For many consecutive years, employees who participate in the middle school and college entrance exams will be given accompanying leave, and their children will be commended and rewarded for the college entrance exam.
